POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren't just about processing check-ins and check-outs. Instead, we want to create a welcoming, seamless, and memorable arrival and departure experience for every guest. Our Front Office Receptionists take the initiative to provide professional and efficient front desk services while serving as the first and last point of contact for guests throughout their stay.

Front Office Receptionists are empowered to handle a variety of responsibilities that support daily hotel operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Whether completing check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, managing room assignments, responding to guest inquiries, resolving concerns, answering telephone calls, or coordinating with other departments, the Front Office Receptionist ensures every interaction is delivered with accuracy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
