They just filed. They're hiring
Companies that just disclosed a private fundraise to the SEC, cross-referenced with the companies we already track on the job board. The ones with money coming in are usually the ones hiring, so this list is a useful starting point if you're trying to find roles at companies that just got funded.
Source: SEC Form D filings, pulled every 12 hours. Form D is a notice of an exempt securities offering, filed within 15 days of first sale. It indicates SEC-disclosed activity, not a closed round at a stated amount, and the open-jobs match is contemporaneous (we don't claim the funding caused the hiring). Methodology details below.
Open jobs at funded companies, per day
How many open roles, in total, exist at the companies that filed a Form D on each date. A spike means a single big company just filed, not necessarily that the whole market lit up that day.
X-axis is the filing date with the SEC, which often lags the actual round closing by weeks or months.

Methodology
Source. Form D notices filed via SEC EDGAR under Regulation D (17 C.F.R. §§ 230.501-508). Form D is the notice issuers file for an exempt securities offering, most commonly 506(b) (general; up to $5M without bad-actor rules) or 506(c) (general-solicitation allowed, accredited investors only). The filing is due within 15 days of the FIRST sale in the offering, not on closing.
What a Form D does and doesn't tell you. The filing carries an "amount sold" field (Item 13), which is the dollar amount sold as of the filing date. For an "indefinite" or open offering this may understate the eventual round size; for a single-tranche close it tracks. A Form D does not prove a round has closed at the stated headline number. A filing dated today routinely discloses an offering that priced weeks or months earlier, so the implied "this round just landed" framing is loose.
Matching. Each Form D row is matched to a company on the job board via slugified issuer name and DBA lookup, then enriched with the company's current open-job count. The open-job number is "as of the last scrape" (12h cadence), not "as of the filing date", so the correlation between filing and hiring is contemporaneous, not causal. A company hiring 30 days before the filing is misattributed to the filing.
Window. Default 90 days from today. Filings outside that window drop off the list even if the company is still on the board with open roles.
