Search gives you a list. A list does not tell you which of the 400 results is worth twenty minutes of tailoring. Match does that part: it scores each open role against the resume you selected and puts the strongest in front of you first.
The interaction is deliberately narrow. One role, one decision, keep or bin. Keeping files it in your pipeline and puts it a click away from tailoring. Binning means you never see it again.
The scoring reasons about your actual history, the roles you have held and the seniority you have reached, rather than counting keyword overlap.

Ranked against your resume
Pick which resume to match against, and the ranking changes with it.
One decision at a time
Keep or bin. No list to work through, no tabs to manage.
Keepers flow onward
Anything you keep is one click from tailoring and already in Track.
Free. Scoring and swiping cost nothing. Only tailoring a resume against a role you kept spends a credit.
