Whose side we are on
Every job site claims to be on the job seeker's side. Here is ours in writing, including the specific things we will never do, so you have something to hold us to.
Almost every job site is paid for by employers. Job boards sell listings, sponsored slots, and access to their candidate database. That is a legitimate business, but it decides whose interests the product serves long before anyone writes a line of copy about candidates coming first. When the employer is the customer, the job seeker is the inventory.
We are funded the other way around. The only money this site takes comes from people using it to look for work, buying credits a few dollars at a time. No employer has ever paid us anything, for anything. That is not a moral achievement, it is just the structure, and the structure is what makes the following promises something we can actually keep.
What we do for you
Each of these has a page explaining exactly how it works, what it costs, and where it falls short.

We go to the employer, not to another job board
Our listings are pulled directly from the systems employers post into, thousands of them, refreshed every 12 hours. You get the employer's own posting and you apply in the employer's own system. We do not sit in the middle of that.

When a posting stops appearing in its source feed we close it after four days and delete it three days later. Our total job count goes down as well as up, because that is what an honest count does.

Match scores open roles against your actual resume so you spend your hours on applications that could land, rather than reading four hundred descriptions to find six.

We do the rewriting that gets you past the filter
Tailoring rewrites your resume against a specific posting, with the cover letter, and scores the result before you send it. It works from what you have actually done, and it will not invent experience you do not have.

We charge for the expensive part, and nothing else
Searching, filtering, alerts, resume building, ATS scoring, and your pipeline are free. Credits pay for the work that costs us real money to run: tailoring, form filling, interview prep, and practice. If a generation fails, the credit goes back automatically.
What we will never do
These are the commitments that a job board funded by employers cannot make. We can make them because no employer pays us.

We do not sell or share your information
Your resumes, your history, and your answers are not sold, rented, licensed, or handed to employers, recruiters, or data brokers. There is no candidate database anyone can buy access to, because there is nobody we would sell it to. The people who see your data are the processors that make the product run: Stripe for payment, our AI providers for the generation you asked for, and analytics only if you opted in.

We do not sell placement on the board
There is no sponsored listing, no promoted employer, no featured slot, and no pay-to-be-seen tier. No employer can buy their way to the top of your results, because there is no mechanism to sell them and no price we have set for it.

We do not let anyone pay to change your rankings
Ranking is driven by your search, your filters, and how well a role scores against your resume. It is not for sale. If your results ever change because of money that changed hands, we have broken this page.

We do not pad the board with ghost jobs
No fabricated listings, no evergreen postings kept alive to look busy, no roles invented to inflate a number on a marketing page. Every listing traces back to a real feed published by a real employer, and it comes down when they take it down.

We do not apply on your behalf without you
Nothing is ever submitted to an employer that you did not look at and confirm. We will not build a button that fires a hundred applications while you sleep, because that is how you get quietly blacklisted at companies you wanted to work for.

We do not train models on your resume
Your content is sent to an AI provider for the single generation you requested, on API tiers that do not retain it for training. We do not build a model out of your work history, and we do not hand your content to anyone who would.

We do not hold your data hostage
Export your resumes to PDF or DOCX whenever you want. Delete your account from your settings and the account data goes within thirty days. There is no retention flow designed to make leaving annoying.

We do not dark-pattern the checkout
Credits are a one-time purchase of a fixed pack. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no trial that starts charging, and nothing that has to be cancelled. When you stop buying credits, nothing happens.
Holding us to it
A page of promises is worth exactly as much as the willingness to be held to it. So: if you find something here that is not true, tell us and we will either fix the product or change the page, and we will say which one we did.
The one thing we cannot promise is a job. This is not a service that gets you hired. It takes the two parts of the search that used to eat your day, finding the roles and rewriting for them, and gives you that time back to spend on the applications that matter. The rest is still on you, and it is still hard.
