QuickApply
The application form, filled in from your resume
What it does
QuickApply fills an employer's application form using your resume and the answers you have given to similar questions before.
It presents the filled form for your review. You confirm, and the submission goes to the employer's own system.
When to use it
- You have tailored a resume for a role and are ready to actually submit it.
- You are working through several applications and want the repetitive fields handled.
How to use it
-
Have a resume ready
QuickApply fills from a resume, so pick the tailored version you intend to send.
-
Start the application
From the QuickApply queue, start the role you want. The form is read and filled from your details.
-
Review every field
Check the free-text answers in particular. A reused answer may need a sentence changed for this specific employer.
-
Confirm the submission
Submitting sends it to the employer. This is the step that spends the credit.
What it costs
One credit per confirmed submission. Filling a form, reviewing it, and abandoning it costs nothing. You are only charged when an application is actually submitted.
How credits workGood to know
It does not apply for you unattended
There is no mode that fires off applications while you sleep. Every submission needs your confirmation, deliberately. Mass-applying without reading is how you get filtered out of a company permanently.
Not every form can be filled
Some employers use systems that cannot be filled programmatically, or add assessments and custom stages. Those you complete yourself on their site.
Your answers are stored so they can be reused
Answers you type into application forms are saved to your account to pre-fill the next one. They are yours, they are not shared with anyone, and they go when you delete your account.
A duplicate charge is possible in one narrow case
If a submission is confirmed but the report is redelivered, we choose to risk charging a credit rather than risk submitting you to the same employer twice. If it happens, email support and we will refund it.
