About the RoleAs a Dining Server at Misono, you will play a key role in creating a fun, engaging and seamless dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave with a smile.
Working alongside our talented culinary and restaurant teams, you will deliver attentive service, build genuine connections with guests and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that makes Misono a favourite with both locals and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages and dining experiences
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through personalised service
- Build rapport with guests and contribute to a lively dining atmosphere
- Accurately process orders and transactions through the MICROS system
- Ensure restaurant presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Assist with opening, closing and restocking duties
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow associates to deliver outstanding experiences
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic and team-focused attitude
- Confidence engaging with guests in a busy restaurant environment
- Previous food and beverage or restaurant experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hospitality environment
