QA Engineer – Healthcare (QNXT & Snowflake)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare QA Engineer with experience in QNXT, Snowflake, and data validation testing. The role will focus on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of healthcare data, reports, and platform integrations across claims, membership, provider, and eligibility domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in testing healthcare applications and data platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, data, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios for healthcare applications and data platforms.
- Validate QNXT data across Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility modules.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance using Snowflake and SQL.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.
- Verify data migration, transformation, and reporting outputs for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
- Track, analyse, and report defects, testing progress, and quality metrics.
- Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, governance policies, and project requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in QA, Data Testing, or Healthcare Application Testing.
- Hands-on experience with QNXT Platform Testing.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer processes, including:
- Claims
- Membership
- Provider Management
- Eligibility
- Experience with Snowflake data validation and testing.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and validation.
- Expertise in test case design, defect management, and QA methodologies.
- Experience validating data across multiple source and target systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare data warehouse or reporting validation projects.
- Exposure to AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of ETL testing and data migration validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
