Front of House Associate | Co-Dough - Newport, RI

Co-Dough is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable full-time and part-time Front of House Associates to join our growing team in Newport.

Our Front of House Associates are the face of Co-Dough. You’ll greet customers, take orders, serve and package our sourdough cinnamon buns, keep the front stocked and organized, and help create a fast, welcoming experience for every customer.

We’re a busy, high-volume bakery, so we’re looking for people who enjoy staying active, work well with a team, and take initiative.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service

  • Take orders and operate the register

  • Serve and package cinnamon buns and other menu items

  • Keep service moving during busy periods

  • Restock packaging, beverages, merchandise, and supplies

  • Keep the front of house clean and organized

  • Answer customer questions about our products

  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Able to work quickly and multitask

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Positive and team-oriented

  • Weekend availability

  • Customer service, restaurant, café, or retail experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $16/hour + pooled tips. With tips, team members typically earn approximately $20-$27/hour.

Schedule: Morning and daytime shifts, including weekends.

No bakery experience is necessary. We’re happy to train the right person- reliability, attitude, and work ethic matter most.
