Community Marketing Manager IV

Project Aria puts research glasses in the hands of external partners -- academic labs, corporate partners, and accessibility non-profits -- to accelerate research outcomes can't do alone. This role owns how those collaborations show up in the world: the stories, the launches, and the relationships that keep partners engaged after the hardware ships.
You will sit between the research teams who run the partnerships and the marketing and comms functions who take them public. The work is part storytelling, part program management, and part relationship building with people who are experts in their own right.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing plan for Project Aria's community and research partnerships, from partner onboarding through public launch - with an emphasis on AI tooling and automation,
- Build case studies, blog posts, video narratives, and event moments with partners, written with them rather than about them.
- Run launch workbacks across research, legal, comms, design, and video: content lock, approvals, publish, amplify.
- Manage the Project Aria partner community -- newsletters, conference presence, summits -- and keep partners informed between launches.
- Partner with academic and nonprofit organizations to identify which collaborations are ready to tell publicly, and which need more time.
- Represent partner needs back into the program: what researchers actually want from the hardware, the docs, and the support model.
- Measure what's working. Report on reach, partner satisfaction, applicant quality, and inbound research interest.
