Responsibilities Lead and support team members during assigned shifts. Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming guest experience. Help manage opening procedures, daily operations, and closing tasks as assigned. Prepare food and beverages while maintaining quality and consistency. Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Delegate tasks and ensure employees stay productive and on task. Communicate clearly with management and other team members. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve routine issues. Monitor product availability and communicate supply needs. Set a positive example through punctuality, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Must be at least 19 years old. Must be available to work at least 3 weekends per month. Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Strong communication and people skills. Able to learn quickly, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Organized, proactive, and capable of taking initiative without constant supervision. Comfortable directing coworkers and holding the team accountable to expectations. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused. Previous food service or leadership experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is a team player who can also step into a leadership role, identify what needs to be done, and follow through. Weekend availability is an essential requirement for this position. Applicants must be able to commit to working at least three weekends per month.
