Der Mitarbeiter wird als Remote Sales Agent eingestellt. Die Schwerpunkte des Aufgabenbereichs liegen u.a. in
- Betreuung und Bindung von Kunden, einschließlich Angebotserstellung, Recall und Verkaufsabschluss.
- Telefonische Beratung und Verkauf eines definierten Geräte-Portfolios.
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses.
- Erwerb und Anwendung fundierter Kenntnisse über digitale Geräte und Software des Portfolios.
- Organisation und ggf. Durchführung virtueller Produktdemonstrationen
- Beobachtung von Markttrends, technologischen Entwicklungen und Wettbewerbsprodukten.
- Nutzung und Pflege der CRM-Systeme (z. B. C4C) zur Leadverfolgung und Berichterstattung.
- Einsatz digitaler Tools (z. B. Microsoft Bookings) zur Terminvereinbarung.
- Erstellung von Angeboten und fristgerechte Abwicklung von Aufträgen inkl. Dokumentation (SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil).
- Aktive Nachverfolgung von Leads und Angeboten.
