POSITION OVERVIEW
This Analyst role provides a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in an entrepreneurial environment. Stream’s new Digital Infrastructure Team is dedicated to mission-critical digital infrastructure, including data centers, hyperscale campuses, AI training and inference facilities, and other power-intensive real estate. This position will support client pursuits and deal execution while helping design the tools that make the team faster and sharper. We're looking for a highly organized analyst who combines operational rigor with real curiosity about AI and the evolving compute-driven real estate landscape.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support brokers on client pursuits, deal execution, and process development
- Build working knowledge of leasing, tenant representation, and commercial real estate fundamentals
- Own tracking and follow-through of pursuits, clients, deals, timelines, deadlines, and internal requests
- Manage and improve our workflow stack (monday.com, CRM, and related tools), keeping data clean and updates timely
- Liaise with brokers, leadership, marketing and business development support team on specific pitches and pursuits
- Evaluate and implement AI tools, agents, and automations to streamline recurring workflows
- Contribute to research and platform development, including interactive infrastructure maps and periodic market reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (Spring 2027 graduates or earlier) in finance, real estate, or related field
- Previous Internship experience preferred
- Demonstrated strength in organization, process improvement, and building scalable workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation, through work, projects, or coursework (Claude experience a plus; tool-agnostic thinking valued)
- Previous internship experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, research, and synthesizing findings into clear deliverables
- Proficient with MS Office & Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving business needs
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
- Preferred: experience with CRM, project management, or workflow platforms (monday.com a plus)
- Preferred: experience or knowledge of data centers, powered land, infrastructure, or related real estate transactions (internships, coursework, and projects count)
