Assist the supervisor in planning work
Determine job procedure and training requirements
Arrange for required tools, parts, and supplies
Plan, organize, and coordinate with warehouse personnel and warehouse supervisor as required
Inspect and coordinate the work performed by warehouse personnel
Communicate and coordinate with warehouse personnel and warehouse supervisor as required
Instruct/train warehouse personnel in performance of their duties
High School graduate or equivalent
Be self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude
Good oral and written communication skills
Product knowledge
Preferred:
Previous leadership responsibility
Ability to work with others
Good computer skills
Working knowledge of main frame system and reports
