Responsibilities
- Responsible for WMS implementations which include system configuration, build and integration.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop utilities, procedures, and documentations based on business requirements.
- Perform application installation and upgrade, including configuration and integration with third party solutions.
- Collaborate with business / operation teams to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
- Collaborate with business / operation teams to drive operational improvements.
- Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting WMS / ERP systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.
- Good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations is an advantage.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management.
- Willingness to travel when required (<25%).
