Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise installation of ducting, chilled water piping, FCUs, AHUs and related HVAC equipment • Monitor insulation, supports and installation quality as per approved drawings • Read HVAC shop drawings and coordinate material requirements • Raise inspection requests and attend inspections with the consultant • Allocate daily work to foremen and chargehands and track progress • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation • Ensure safe working practices and HSE compliance Requirements • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • 1 to 5 years of HVAC site experience in building construction; GCC experience is an advantage • Ability to read HVAC drawings and understand SMACNA/ASHRAE basics • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office • Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity) • Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage • Ready to join at the earliest / within the notice period Benefits • Company-provided accommodation • Company-provided transportation to and from site • Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE law • Annual leave and air ticket as per company policy • End-of-service gratuity as per UAE Labour Law • Overtime as per company policy and UAE Labour Law
