Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in conduiting, cable pulling, DB installation, wiring, lighting and power works • Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor • Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications • Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection • Track material usage and raise requirements in advance • Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer • Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures Requirements • ITI / Diploma in Electrical (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in electrical works in building construction, including experience as Foreman; GCC experience preferred • Ability to read and understand drawings • Good team handling skills • Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity) • Basic English or Hindi communication • Ready to join immediately Benefits • Company-provided accommodation • Company-provided transportation to and from site • Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE law • Annual leave and air ticket as per company policy • End-of-service gratuity as per UAE Labour Law • Overtime as per company policy and UAE Labour Law
