What you’ll do Gain hands-on experience supporting process engineering activities within a batch chemical manufacturing environment. Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve process efficiency, product quality, and plant performance. Analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve yield, minimize downtime, and increase throughput. Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions for process-related challenges. Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement and capital projects while maintaining compliance with Henkel safety, environmental, and quality standards.
