Where you’ll be working?
Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What you'll be doing?
You’ll ensure all operations comply with company, client, and legislative standards, driving a culture of continuous improvement in SHE performance. With a proven record in regulatory compliance and proactive risk management, you’ll support SHE and CDM implementation, deliver engaging training, and provide expert guidance to teams. Skilled in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and competency assessments, you’ll use performance trend analysis to drive improvement. Renowned for your visible on‑site presence, you’ll foster a strong reporting culture and champion professional development, using collaborative and innovative approaches to achieve safety, health, and environmental excellence.
What you’ll bring?
Do you understand SHE legislation, codes of practice, and their application in construction? Do you have experience with SHE practices in construction and utilities? Are you skilled in using Business Management Systems and following contract/client procedures? Confident in conducting site inspections and supporting new SHE initiatives. Holds NEBOSH, Diploma, relevant degree, or equivalent NVQ qualification.
