- Optimising warehouse layouts, inventory management, stock accuracy and operational processes.
- Building strong relationships across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders.
About you
We're interested in people who combine strong operational leadership with a passion for developing teams and making things better. You could come from a variety of backgrounds, including: Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Fulfilment, Inventory Management, Customer Operations or Continuous Improvement. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Experience using operational data and KPIs to drive decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- A commitment to health, safety and operational excellence.
Not currently a Logistics Manager? We'd still like to hear from you.
If you've led operational teams, driven process improvements, implemented new systems, managed customer service performance or delivered change within a manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain or operations environment, this could be the next exciting step in your career. We value transferable leadership capability, problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement as much as direct job title experience.
