CRR Hospitality is seeking an inspiring, hands-on Resort General Manager to lead the exciting launch and growth of Buckeye Ranch RV Resort & Storage, a brand-new premier RV destination just minutes from the Estrella Mountains and a short drive from Phoenix. With 400+ RV sites, 300+ luxury covered RV storage spaces, and amenities including a swimming pool, pickleball courts, dog park, and planned activities and entertainment, this is a rare opportunity to help build something special from the ground up.

As the senior leader and driving force behind the resort’s success, you’ll lead the people, operations, guest experience, and financial performance while bringing CRR Hospitality’s standards and culture to life. The ideal leader can move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and daily operations - reviewing a P&L, coaching a team member, connecting with guests, and jumping in to solve a problem when needed. You're a people leader, business leader, and hospitality leader who possesses the following experience, skills and attributes:

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple departments.
• Previous General Manager experience in a resort, hotel, RV resort, campground, or similar environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial performance, labor, operating expenses, and key business metrics.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience, with a genuine commitment to creating an environment where guests and associates want to be.
• Proven business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and turn strategy into action.
• Passionate, positive, and hands-on leadership style with the ability to foster teamwork, accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Leads with confidence, humility, integrity, and accountability while remaining adaptable, curious, and willing to roll up their sleeves in a fast-moving environment.

Resort Operations, Guest Experience & Safety

• Oversee all day-to-day resort operations, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, curb appeal, safety, service, and property presentation.
• Ensure CRR Hospitality and brand standards are consistently met while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the guest and associate experience.
• Champion exceptional service, build genuine guest relationships, remain highly visible throughout the resort, and address guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards while proactively identifying operational, safety, and compliance risks.

Financial, Sales & Business Performance

• Own the resort’s financial performance and annual operating budget, monitoring revenue, occupancy, labor, expenses, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue, profitability, occupancy, and long-term value.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize resort visibility and revenue while supporting events, programming, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Build strong relationships within the local community and contribute to the resort’s long-term growth and success.
