At DJH, our team is at the heart of everything we achieve. And no matter how much we grow, looking after them will always be our #1 priority. We come in all shapes and sizes, with different qualities, experience and knowledge. Together, our differences create balance. And that is our superpower.
By joining DJH we’ll be with you at every step, as you grow and develop and build a fantastic career. Together, we’ll achieve great things.
Let's talk about the role...
As our Office Manager, you'll take ownership of the activities that keep our Dublin office ticking, from the practical to the people side of things. You'll be the first friendly face for visitors, a trusted point of contact for colleagues and the link between our Dublin office and the wider Group. It's a varied role where no two days look the same, and where your organisation and initiative will make a real difference.
In this role, you'll:
- Keep our Dublin office running like clockwork - looking after facilities, supplies and front-of-house, so every colleague and visitor feels looked after from the moment they walk in
- Become our Fibre champion - owning onboarding, supporting colleagues to get the most from it, and being the go-to person for questions
- Support the team with billing and WIP, chase aged debt with a friendly but firm approach, and run management reports that help the office make good decisions
- Welcome new starters and coordinate everything that makes their first days smooth, from set-up to HR administration
- Look after holidays, absences and day-to-day people administration, keeping records accurate and up to date
- Keep a close eye on mandatory training and compliance requirements, nudging colleagues and flagging gaps before they become issues
- Be the vital link between the Dublin office and our Group teams, escalating office issues to the right people and following them through to resolution
Let's talk about you and your skills...
Hungry for a new challenge, you'll:
- Have experience in an office administration, office coordinator or similar support role (professional services experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Be a natural organiser who can juggle competing priorities and keep a cool head when things get busy
- Be confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and happy to learn new systems – or already familiar with billing, WIP or practice management software
- Communicate brilliantly, in person, on the phone and in writing, with a warm and professional manner
- Be comfortable handling confidential information, such as HR and financial data, with discretion and care
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in getting the small things right
- Be proactive, take ownership and enjoy being the person people turn to
Let's talk benefits...
We believe great work comes from happy, healthy people, so we look after ours. Here's a taste of what you can expect:
- Competitive salary
- Generous holiday allowance
- Tailored learning and development
- Company pension
- Mental health support
