Responsibilities include:
- Lead maintenance staff and oversee daily repairs and work orders.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
- Manage preventative maintenance, apartment make-readies, and emergency repairs.
- Maintain clean, safe grounds and common areas.
- Monitor supplies, tools, inventory, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide excellent resident service and support team development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of property maintenance experience or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to perform hands-on maintenance duties, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Available for a 40-hour workweek, occasional weekends, and rotating on-call emergencies.
