Ever seen your work on a stadium crowd? Here's your chance.

Your color separations could end up on apparel worn by fans in packed arenas and on products for some of America's best-known brands.

About the Role

A US-based custom apparel manufacturer is looking for an Art Department team member in the Philippines to join them for the long term. They are a vertically integrated team with art, printing, embroidery and fulfillment all under one roof, known for fashion-forward work and fast turnarounds. Their customers include well-known names across American sports, major corporate brands and top music artists.

You own the whole art cycle. Take the request, create the proof, handle edits, prepare spot color separations, send the art to production, and hand it off to order processing. You're the person the production team trusts, from first request to final output.

What You'll Do

  • Create print-ready artwork for screen printing

  • Prepare spot color separations

  • Clean up and vectorize customer files as needed

  • Build customer proofs and mockups

  • Handle client revisions, communicating with the team and clients

  • Send finished art to production and hand off to order processing

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on spot color separation experience for screen printing

  • Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills

  • Experience in a high-volume, production-driven environment

  • The ability to turn files quickly and accurately

  • Good English communication

  • A quick-learning mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an apparel or print shop (a plus, not a must)

What's In It For You

  • See your craft on products worn by fans and used by global brands

  • A close-knit US team that values its artists

  • Grow with a leading apparel manufacturer and expand your expertise with US-standard separation and production workflows

  • Training on the team's processes, so you can ramp up quickly

  • Long-term role with a stable, growing team

The Details

Full-time, work from office in the Philippines, on US Eastern time hours. Target start date is early to mid November. You will collaborate with a partner team from time to time.
