Project Lead (AUH) for NOV ISE Aftermarket Abu Dhabi Operations is responsible for overseeing all repair, rental, and parts activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role involves coordinating with various teams and customers, maintaining compliance with company policies, and managing workshop resources and safety standards, also reports on activities and ensures optimal resource utilization and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Oversee and manage all aspects of wireline operations from planning to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Provide technical guidance and support for wireline operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing best practices.
Coordinate workshop activities along with the team.
Communicate work status updates to customers promptly.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, logs, and records of all activities and decisions.
Adhere to approved QMS processes.
Report Aftermarket activities related to Aftermarket Manager.
Meet with local customers as needed.
Disseminate relevant information to the workshop team.
coordinate for toolbox meetings to ensure safe work practices.
Publish a daily allocation sheet to optimize resource utilization.
Arrange third-party service providers within the required timeframe.
Liaise with QA/QC to resolve any bottlenecks in achieving targeted turnaround times.
Schedule load tests, pressure tests, and paint shop activities.
Manage consumables and subcontracting needs as required.
Ensure preventive maintenance and documentation of workshop assets and tools to avoid critical breakdowns.
Oversee timekeeping and plan overtime for the workshop service team as needed.
Ensure efficient housekeeping practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with NOV HSE policy for all employees and visitors.
Organize field service trips for Abu Dhabi personnel as needed.
Maintain job descriptions, standards for job performance and employee evaluations.
Ensures Risk Assessments are in place for the work scheduled.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
Plan and prepare for any scheduled troubleshooting jobs based on operational requirements. Ensure that the necessary resources and personnel are available and ready to address any issues efficiently.
Travel to field locations as required by operational demand, adhering to company policies and guidelines. Ensure presence on-site during critical operations to provide leadership and support.
