We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys working with colleagues to achieve shared goals and is motivated to learn something new.

A role you will love

As a Plans Specialist, you'll play an important role within our Global Custody team, supporting the receipt and delivery of stock across global markets and helping to ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Working in a highly regulated environment, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of administrative and operational activities, maintaining accurate records and following established procedures to deliver a high-quality service.

This is a role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment and takes pride in producing accurate work. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, investigate and resolve queries, support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure daily operations run smoothly. As Global Custody is a specialist area, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to build your knowledge and confidence within the role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing queries and supporting stakeholders
  • Following operational procedures and risk controls
  • Contributing to team objectives and process improvements

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach to work. Whilst experience within financial services would be beneficial, we're equally interested in candidates who have developed strong administrative skills and are comfortable working within structured processes. The ability to remain focused, organised and accurate when completing repetitive tasks is essential.

You'll enjoy working as part of a team, building positive relationships with colleagues and supporting shared goals. You'll be confident using systems, managing your workload effectively and communicating clearly with a range of stakeholders. Most importantly, you'll bring a willingness to learn and develop, as full training will be provided to help you build expertise in this specialist area.

You'll ideally have:

  • Administration, operations or financial services experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence working with data and multiple systems
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
