As Our Store Manager, You'll Lead the Way
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day
- Build a positive, engaged, and high-performing store culture
- Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
- Lead from the front, creating memorable customer experiences
- Foster a strong safety-first culture and champion Work Health & Safety practices
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all inventory processes
- Stay up to date with pet care, products, and services to support and educate customers
- Support local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
- Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Previous retail leadership experience
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and inspire high-performing teams
- The ability to build a positive, engaged and customer-focused team culture
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience in driving safe Work Health & Safety practices
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and creating connections within the local community
