Troubleshoot testing issues and anomalies. Evaluate and interpret testing data and provide guidance on next steps / tests Runs and upkeeps laboratory equipment, leads/supports ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods. Ensures laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations Supports internal and external technical requests and projects. Timely reporting of data both thorough physical packets as well as digitally in Albert system. Trains Henkel personnel on tests and products Performs customer lab demonstrations. Support customer audits through demonstrated expertise and compliance to customer requirements
