Join Le Collectionist, the European leader in tailor-made luxury travel. As a Collection Manager for Switzerland and Austria, you will be responsible for the commercial performance, optimization, and growth of the regional property portfolio. This temporary position will be filled from November 2, 2026, to April 30, 2027.

About the role

  • Degree from a business or management school
  • Bilingual in English, a second langage (french, german) is a plus
  • Embody the company’s values and strategy as defined by management
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on factual information
  • Results-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence
  • Passion for the luxury property rental sector and the travel industry

Key missions

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor local trends, analyze property performance metrics, and propose corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure the management and optimization of the property portfolio to maximize revenue, maintain strong relationships with property owners, and negotiate and optimize commercial terms.
  • Support the Operations Director in defining business objectives aligned with the group’s strategy, assist in identifying and recruiting new high-end properties, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
