Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
The Graduate Finance will support the finance team in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with policies, and efficient financial management. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis within a dynamic corporate environment.

The Graduate Finance will be accountable to the following objectives:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis;
- Help reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment transactions;
- Follow up on receivables and payables to ensure timely settlements.
Compliance & Auditing:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local financial regulations;
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records;
- Support procurement and inventory management processes.
Other Duties:
- Participate in finance-related projects and process improvements;
- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as required.
Job Requirements: (Education, Experience and Competencies)
Education:
- Minimum 3 Year Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Newly qualified Finance Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships included);
- Experience in Telecom industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software;
- Basic understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
- Good communication and teamwork abilities;
- Language: Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
