Summary: QBA USA is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support US IT recruitment operations through candidate sourcing, technical resume screening, candidate evaluation, and AI-powered recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Review resumes against job descriptions and mandatory technical skills.
- Evaluate candidates' technical experience, identify skill gaps, and prepare screening summaries.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support resume screening and candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate with the recruiting team and maintain candidate records, trackers, and follow-ups.

Required Skills
- Good spoken English and communication skills are essential.*
- Basic technical knowledge of IT concepts and technologies is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and the Google Workspace environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment databases.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions, evaluate resumes, and identify skill gaps.
- Good analytical, research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must have a personal computer or laptop and reliable high-speed internet.
- Must have a suitable work-from-home environment.
- Must be comfortable working independently.
- Must be able to work according to *US Eastern Time (EST/EDT), not Indian Standard Time (IST).
