Position Overview
At Cooper Spur Ski Area, a welcoming café and a quick, friendly interaction can make a guest’s day on the mountain even better. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll help keep the café running smoothly, from opening and setting up for service to taking orders, processing payments, and keeping the space clean and inviting throughout the day.
This fast-paced, guest-facing role combines hospitality, organization, and attention to detail. You’ll serve food and beverages, stay knowledgeable about menu items and specials, and help guests find what they’re looking for while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service. When things get busy, you’ll work efficiently, support your teammates, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
We’re looking for someone with food and beverage experience who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering consistent, welcoming service. If you’re dependable, organized, and comfortable in a busy seasonal environment, we encourage you to join the Cooper Spur team this winter!
This is a Part-Time, Seasonal Position
Qualifications & Experience
Must be 21 or older
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions
Strong guest service & hospitality skills
Must obtain an OLCC Service Permit and Oregon Food Handler’s Certification
Must have prior cash handling experience
Must have prior F&B experience
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Compensation:
Wage: $ 17.25 - $20.13 Hourly + Tips
