Position Overview
Step into a leadership role at Cooper Spur Ski Area, where mountain hospitality meets small-resort charm. As Lodge Supervisor, you’ll oversee the lodge’s daily operations, including ticketing, rentals, retail, lessons, and the café, helping ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, seamless experience from arrival to departure.
You’ll lead by example, working alongside front-line employees to build a strong, service-focused team while maintaining high standards of hospitality, safety, and cleanliness. This hands-on role combines guest interaction, team development, and operational oversight, with an emphasis on creating memorable mountain experiences and keeping the lodge running smoothly throughout the season.
Ideal candidates bring a background in hospitality or guest services, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to keep a team engaged in a dynamic, seasonal environment. If you enjoy developing people, balancing the details of daily operations, and helping guests make the most of their time in the mountains, this could be the role for you.
