As Head Bartender, you will lead the bar operation, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, service standards and guest engagement at all times. You will inspire and develop the team, drive creativity through innovative drinks offerings, and bring expert product knowledge and leadership to every shift. With a strong focus on service excellence, team development and operational standards, you will play a key role in delivering the unique Palm Court experience.
