You will:

  • provide second/third level day-to-day operation support,
  • investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels,
  • cooperate on troubleshoot with other IT support teams,
  • communicate with our vendors for Windows bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues related to our technologies.

For any issues related to Windows Servers and their infrastructure subsystems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing and implementing of all necessary changes for new server installations in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, including private and public clouds, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

Last but not least, technologies associated with Active Directory, Group Policy modeling and management, Security Tier model and Powershell are all in your support league.


Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and server management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (installation, administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management)
  • Experience with remote server management and enterprise-scale administration.

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.

Hi, my name is Michal Janda and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2006, when I took a role as Infrastructure Admin in the Operations Support team. Gaining more hands-on experience with Windows Server build has always fascinated me, so I moved to the PdS Infrastructure Implementation Services team. The name, role and responsibility of this team evolved over time. In 2023, I moved to a management role, being manager of Windows Product Development team. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Windows Server. Looking forward to having you onboard!
