Job Details

Dedicated local intermodal container operation
Routes throughout the Inland Empire and Los Angeles area
Operate from five intermodal ramps serving Long Beach, Los Angeles, Commerce, City of Industry, and Bloomington
Some runs travel north through the Grapevine to the Shafter and Lebec areas
Average 1,500 miles per week
Combination of drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloaded freight
No driver-assist unloading
Slip-seat operation; trucks are parked at the San Bernardino yard
Auto-dispatch account; drivers do not choose their routes
Northern deliveries and pickups are mandatory when assigned

Job Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
Clean driving record
Valid DOT Medical Card
No SAP drivers
Must be comfortable operating intermodal containers secured on chassis
Must be available for the assigned night schedule and required routes
Must be able to work within the applicable driving and duty-hour limits
