As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and supporting our dedicated veterinary team.

What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Create a welcoming, clean, and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for our multi-doctor practice, grooming services, and boarding guests
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist clients with payment options and process transactions efficiently
- Support daily clinic operations while ensuring exceptional customer service

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Veterinary medication or veterinary office experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous veterinary or animal care experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred

- 1 year of veterinary experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
