Construction Quality Control Manager

USACE CQM Required — Johnson City, TN | $100k–$120k

We’re hiring a Construction Quality Control Manager to lead QC on a Veterans Affairs project in Johnson City, TN. You’ll own the Quality Control Plan, run the Three-Phase Control process, and keep inspections, testing, and closeout documentation tight and defensible. This is a field-forward role focused on preventing rework, catching issues early, and driving corrective actions to closure.

If you’ve run QC on active jobsites and can coordinate subs, inspections, and documentation without slowing production, we want to talk. USACE CQM for Contractors is required (current or ability to obtain immediately to meet contract requirements). This is an on-site role, requiring you to be at the project site at all times when work is being performed.
