We need a Customer Service Manager to run the behind-the-scenes operations that make every listing feel effortless for clients and agents. Based in Knoxville and Sevierville, you are the person who makes sure nothing gets dropped: the sign is up, the lockbox is on, the photographer is booked, and the client knows what happens next.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5. Salary: $36,000-$45,000 depending on experience, plus KPI bonuses of up to $6,000 per year, paid quarterly.
