We are looking for a Product Manager - Growth to drive lifecycle engagement and CRM-led initiatives. This role will focus on user communication, engagement, and reactivation through targeted and personalized experiences.
About the Job
- Own and optimize CRM channels (push, in-app, notifications, messaging).
- Build and execute lifecycle journeys to improve engagement and retention.
- Work closely with Data teams to define user segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Run experiments to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to support campaign execution.
About you
- 4–5 years of product management experience.
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement products.
- Familiarity with tools like MoEngage or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce.
- Exposure to personalization or recommendation systems.
