Is responsible for planning and executing performance validation activities, focused on fluid efficiency & benchmark testing, developing DV/PV and test case strategies with design engineering, coordinating instrumentation, resources, and test execution readiness, analyzing results and triaging defects, and supporting sign-off decisions through structured evidence and reporting.

Developing DVPs, validation plans, and detailed test cases jointly with design engineering and stakeholders
Coordinating facilities, instrumentation, tools, budgets, and resources required for system and vehicle test execution
Executing development and final validation tests across functional, performance, reliability and integrated vehicle domains
Analyzing results, documenting defects, and driving issue triage and follow-up recommendations with design and integration teams
Reporting readiness, test outcomes, residual issues, and sign-off recommendations to program and engineering leadership
