Hiring: Technical Lead eCommerce Solutions Level: Associate Principal / Tech Lead Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajashthan Experience: 8+ Years Immediate Joiner Preferred / Max 15 days to 1 Month Notice Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Solution Expert / Tech Lead to drive architecture, lead technical delivery, and act as a client-facing advisor for enterprise eCommerce implementations. Key Responsibilities: * Architecture & Delivery: Lead end-to-end technical execution, solution architecture, and seamless project handovers. * Client Engagement: Translate business requirements into technical specs, manage scope, and lead client discussions. * Infra & Troubleshooting: Conduct impact analyses, manage server/cloud environments, and resolve complex technical bottlenecks. * Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineering teams on coding standards and best practices. What We’re Looking For: * Proven background as a Tech Lead in enterprise eCommerce (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce, or Headless). * Strong grasp of backend services, APIs, databases, caching (Redis), and cloud setups (AWS/GCP). * Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
