We’re looking for an all-star Director of Sales to help lead our sales efforts and drive continued growth at Hampton Inn Overland Park. This role will focus on building strong client relationships, generating new business, managing group sales, and helping the hotel achieve its revenue goals.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, a strong communicator, and someone who takes ownership of their work. We are looking for a team player who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working closely with hotel leadership and the front desk team to ensure every group and client has a smooth experience from booking through arrival.
