Position Summary

At Lemnis, we believe that the world is changing in exciting ways. It's up to us to create more equitable, flexible, and learner-centered systems that empower young people to rise to the challenges and opportunities of the future. We're looking for both a strategic and hands-on IT Operations Director to lead and scale our IT function from the ground up during a period of rapid growth driven by mergers and acquisitions. This person will drive strategic initiatives that mature our technology infrastructure, FinOps capabilities, security posture, while simultaneously own day-to-day IT operations. You'll inherit a lean, high-performing team and be expected to elevate processes, design automations, and build systems that reduce manual effort across the organization. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable and adept at establishing technology roadmaps, advising senior leaders, troubleshooting urgent issues, configuring systems, and working directly with employees and acquired-company teams.
