We are recruiting Korean-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives for a global technology company based in Malta.

In this role, you will work from a professional studio environment, engaging with online users and delivering a high-quality, interactive digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Host and present interactive online sessions from a live studio
- Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner
- Maintain high presentation and service standards at all times
- Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Report any operational or technical issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment

Requirements

- No previous experience required – full training provided
- Fluent Korean
- Conversational English (B1 or above)
- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (including weekends and public holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
