WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Handle commercial roof leak calls & repairs (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings)
- Diagnose issues quickly and fix them right the first time
- Oversee small-to-mid-sized projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, and timelines
- Communicate with property managers, building owners, and our internal team
- Document work with photos, reports, and recommendations
THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Can climb a roof and also lead a job
- Takes ownership—no excuses, just solutions
- Understands commercial roofing systems (or can learn fast)
- Is organized, dependable, and communicates clearly
