CMS Mortgage is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to serve as a true right-hand partner to our Loan Officer. This is not an entry-level support role. We are seeking someone with strong mortgage experience who is client-facing, detail-oriented, and confident in managing files and communication from application through pre-approval and beyond.

Required Experience (Read Before Applying):

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage industry experience. Applicants without direct experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, or Underwriter will not be considered.
You will be introduced to every client from day one as a core member of the loan team. You will support the pre-approval pipeline, manage client and agent communication, follow up with active and inactive leads, and ensure files are clean, structured, and moving forward.
When the Loan Officer is unavailable, you are the knowledgeable and reliable point of contact that clients and agents trust.
