About this Position We are looking for an Innovation Project Management Specialist to lead complex R D projects across LATAM while helping strengthen Henkel's innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships, open innovation initiatives, and collaboration with external stakeholders. This role combines project management expertise with innovation enablement, acting as a key connection between Henkel, universities, startups, research institutions, and industry partners to accelerate innovation and business growth. What you´ll do Lead complex cross-regional innovation and R D projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Apply project management best practices and agile methodologies. Drive open innovation initiatives and identify partnership opportunities with universities, startups, research centers, and industry networks. Explore innovation funding programs and collaboration models to support business objectives. Support assessments related to intellectual property, confidentiality, and partnership agreements. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and innovation practices. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across LATAM and beyond.
