Minimum Qualifications
B.Sc. Electrical Engineering
3+ years of experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab, test, and packaging.
Good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT and statistics
Background in product characterization, mixed signal test, production test programs, test hardware and manufacturing test support is required

Preferred Qualifications
Background in yield improvement, silicon debug, signal integrity, and statistics are beneficial.
