- Role: Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA)
- Hours: 7.5 hours per week
- Working Pattern: 11:40am - 1:10pm daily (Monday to Friday)
- Contract: Term Time Only
- Grade: AB
- Salary: Starting at approximately £13.28 per hour (Grade AB, NJC SCP 3)
- Actual annual salary: Approximately £3,880 per annum depending on weeks worked and service.
What Will You Do?
The successful candidate will:
- Supervise children during the lunchtime period.
- Help create a safe, happy and inclusive environment.
- Encourage positive play and social interaction.
- Support good behaviour and promote the school's values.
- Deal with minor first aid incidents and report concern appropriately.
- Assist children as needed and ensure their wellbeing at all times.
- Work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
