As a Team Lead, Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll lead a team of 4–8 Loan Officers, providing daily coaching, accountability, and mentorship while setting the standard through your own performance. You'll work company-provided warm transfer leads, help your team maximize opportunities, and play a key role in building a high-performing sales culture.
